    Google Says Fitbit AI Health Coach Uses Gemini Models for Adaptive Coaching

    Google is launching a public preview of its Gemini-powered Fitbit Personal Health Coach on October 28 for Fitbit Premium users in the US. The AI-based assistant combines fitness, sleep, and wellness guidance within a redesigned Fitbit app featuring new sections and an “Ask Coach” option. Users can chat naturally to receive personalised plans and insights. Initially available only on Android, the preview will expand to iOS later. Google plans a full rollout next year, further integrating AI into personalised health tracking.
